Refund policy

It is always possible for you to return the purchased items within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Please send an email with order number and let us know what you would like to return.
Objects that is returned too late and without notifying us will be rejected.

Collect do not offer free returns and the return shipment is at your own responsibility. If parcels are rejected by the costumer, all shipping costs are paid by the costumer and will not be refunded.
All items have to be returned in the same condition as when they where purchased. Any used, broken product packaging, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
