PURCHASE
After purchasing on collectcph.com you give us the authorization to make the withdrawal. The transaction will be withdrawn after the item has been dispatched. We accept mobilepay, applepay, visa, visa dankort, mastercard and paypal.
PRICES
All prices on the website are in danish kroner DKK and includes danish vat which is 25%. Orders placed within the european union should not be subject to additional taxes, whereas countries outside the eu may charge custom fees. Collect cannot be held responsible for any delay at the customs or extra charges.
SHIPPING
Worldwide Shipping - send shipping request to collectcopenhagen@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
We aim to have all orders ready to be dispatched within 1-3 days. Shipping costs depends on your location and weight of the parcel. We use shipping company as DAO, GLS and DHL. Furthermore we offer delivery within Copenhagen as well as pick-up. Orders outside the EU may be subject to custom & VAT fees when the shipment reaches its destination. Please consult your local customs authorities with any inquiries.
REFUND POLICY
It is always possible for you to return the purchased items within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Please send an email with order number and let us know what you would like to return.
Objects that are returned too late and without notifying us will be rejected.
Collect do not offer free returns and the return shipment is at your own responsibility. If parcels are rejected by the costumer, all shipping costs are paid by the costumer and will not be refunded.
All items have to be returned in the same condition as when they where purchased. Any used, broken product packaging, damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Collect within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
